Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Easton, MD. This full-time position is 100% onsite and offers a wonderful opportunity to support daily office operations with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and manage client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff to facilitate information flow and resolve any inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative and office support, including organizing files, managing office supplies, and scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in handling office tasks.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred for managing financial transactions and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
